These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through baccisvancouver.com, operated by Bacci's Vancouver, located at 2788 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6H 3J3, Canada.
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will be notified promptly if an item is unavailable after your order has been placed, and a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order.
4. Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping
We ship within Canada and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Bacci's Vancouver is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or third-party carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Bacci's Vancouver does not accept returns or offer cash refunds. All sales are final.
We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] or call 604 733 4933.
If an exchange requires the item to be shipped back to our store, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with a description and photograph of the issue. We will work with you promptly to arrange an exchange or store credit where applicable.
For fragile items shipped by courier, please photograph any damaged outer packaging before opening. This assists with carrier claims.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Bacci's Vancouver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the item(s) in question, in Canadian dollars (CAD).
