1. In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at 2788 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC. Orders are typically ready the next business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Store hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:45 am to 5:30 pm - Closed Sundays and holidays.

2. Canadian Shipping Rates

We ship across Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and select courier partners. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Delivery estimates are business days and do not include order processing time (typically 1–2 business days).

Delivery times are estimates only. Bacci's Vancouver is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, courier partners, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. International & USA Shipping

We ship to the USA and internationally. As rates vary by destination and order weight, please email us at [email protected] for a shipping quote before placing your order. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

5. Fragile Items

Several of our product categories — including glassware, ceramics, and pottery — are fragile and require extra care in transit. These items are packed with double-walled boxes and foam or paper wrap.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will work with you to file a carrier claim where applicable.

For fragile gifts, we recommend in-store pickup wherever possible.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through Canada Post at canadapost.ca or your courier's website.

7. Exchanges

Bacci's Vancouver does not accept returns or offer cash refunds. All sales are final.

We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] or call 604 733 4933.

If an exchange requires the item to be shipped back to our store, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
